Uptawk builds infrastructures that enable people to develop and grow communities, agency, e-commerce and blog online and connecting with clients that matters at no cost.

UpTawk operates on a subscription-based model. While a free plan is available, certain features and services may require a paid subscription. 

Uptawk can change the Terms of Use at any time at its discretion. All changes will become effective on their publication on our website. Therefore, we advise that you check this page often, referring to the date of the last modification on the page. If a user (player) objects to any of the changes to this Privacy Policy, the User must cease using this Site, or terminate their account in the event an account has been created.

Authorization for Third-Party Setup & Management Assistance

Certain onboarding support services (including third-party platform setup) may be modified or discontinued at UpTawk’s discretion without affecting a business’s ownership of its accounts.

Uptawk makes no guarantees concerning that manufacturing, import, export, offer, displaying, purchase, sale, advertising and/or use of products or services, which are offered or displayed on the platform do not infringe any third parties rights. Therefore, Uptawk expressly disclaims any liability in connection to materials and information posted by businesses or organizations.

You are encouraged to check the goods before payment and to request the seller to provide documents confirming compliance of the goods with applicable requirements of laws, regulations, rules, guidelines, standards.

Upon your registration on Uptawk, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your safety for completion of a transaction. You are solely responsible for conducting due diligence of any individual or organization requesting a meeting to conduct a job interview or to complete a transaction as Uptawk disclaims any responsibility for user’s interaction with any individual or organization.
