The Labour Party (LP) candidate, Alex Otti, has been declared the winner of the Abia State gubernatorial election. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) announced on Wednesday that Oti won 10 of the 17 local government areas (LGAs) in the state and polled 175,467 votes in the Saturday, March 18, election.
